With over 300 employees world­wi­de, the SEAR Group installs com­plex elec­tri­cal engi­nee­ring sys­tems, sup­pli­es auto­ma­ti­on and pro­duc­tion con­trol sys­tems and pro­vi­des plan­ning and engi­nee­ring ser­vices. We focus on the are­as of ener­gy dis­tri­bu­ti­on and trans­mis­si­on, nuclear tech­no­lo­gy, rene­wa­ble ener­gies, digi­ta­liza­ti­on and auto­ma­ti­on as well as smart infra­struc­tu­re.

Your area of respon­si­bi­li­ty:

  • Respon­si­bi­li­ty for the coor­di­na­ti­on, exe­cu­ti­on and super­vi­si­on of assem­bly work on SEAR GmbH con­s­truc­tion sites
  • Con­s­truc­tion site super­vi­si­on and moni­to­ring of con­s­truc­tion pro­gress
  • Che­cking the instal­la­ti­on docu­ments and docu­men­ta­ti­on during con­s­truc­tion (site reports, mea­su­re­ments, plant docu­men­ta­ti­on)
  • Clo­se coope­ra­ti­on with the pro­ject manage­ment
  • Com­pli­ance with envi­ron­men­tal pro­tec­tion and acci­dent pre­ven­ti­on regu­la­ti­ons
  • Accom­pany­ing the accep­tance with cus­to­mers

Your pro­fi­le:

  • Suc­cessful­ly com­ple­ted voca­tio­nal trai­ning in elec­tri­cal engi­nee­ring
  • Ide­al­ly pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in the:
    1. Con­s­truc­tion and wiring of switch­gear and dis­tri­bu­ti­on sys­tems
    2. Con­s­truc­tion and wiring of elec­tri­cal sys­tems and pro­ducts in plant con­s­truc­tion
    3. Spe­cial know­ledge of the struc­tu­re of pri­ma­ry and secon­da­ry tech­no­lo­gy at the various vol­ta­ge levels in switch­gear sys­tems
  • spe­cia­list know­ledge of regu­la­ti­ons, pro­ducts and manu­fac­tu­ring tech­ni­ques
  • Rea­di­ness for assem­bly work
  • Abili­ty to work in a team, strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills and asser­ti­ve­ness

Payment of an employer subsidy for childcare costs for children who are not of school age

SEAR GmbH grants a vol­un­t­a­ry month­ly employ­er allo­wan­ce of up to 150 euros per child for the accom­mo­da­ti­on and care of child­ren who are not of school age in accordance with a com­pa­ny agree­ment.

Sabbatical

In future, it will be pos­si­ble to take a lon­ger peri­od of lea­ve in the form of a sab­ba­ti­cal (exten­ded lea­ve of absence). This peri­od should be bet­ween 3 and 6 months and must be agreed indi­vi­du­al­ly with the respec­ti­ve line mana­ger, taking into account ope­ra­tio­nal requi­re­ments.

Sponsor system

A men­to­ring sys­tem was intro­du­ced at SEAR GmbH at the begin­ning of Sep­tem­ber 2014. The men­to­ring of new employees is inten­ded to faci­li­ta­te not only their pro­fes­sio­nal but also their social intro­duc­tion to the com­pa­ny.

At SEAR GmbH, we offer a men­to­ring pro­gram in which expe­ri­en­ced spe­cia­lists or mana­gers act as men­tors for up-and-coming young talent in order to pro­mo­te know­ledge and deve­lo­p­ment.
