Who are we?
With over 300 employees worldwide, the SEAR Group installs complex electrical engineering systems, supplies automation and production control systems and provides planning and engineering services. We focus on the areas of energy distribution and transmission, nuclear technology, renewable energies, digitalization and automation as well as smart infrastructure.
Your area of responsibility:
- Responsibility for the coordination, execution and supervision of assembly work on SEAR GmbH construction sites
- Construction site supervision and monitoring of construction progress
- Checking the installation documents and documentation during construction (site reports, measurements, plant documentation)
- Close cooperation with the project management
- Compliance with environmental protection and accident prevention regulations
- Accompanying the acceptance with customers
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering
- Ideally professional experience in the:
- Construction and wiring of switchgear and distribution systems
- Construction and wiring of electrical systems and products in plant construction
- Special knowledge of the structure of primary and secondary technology at the various voltage levels in switchgear systems
- specialist knowledge of regulations, products and manufacturing techniques
- Readiness for assembly work
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and assertiveness

Sabbatical
In future, it will be possible to take a longer period of leave in the form of a sabbatical (extended leave of absence). This period should be between 3 and 6 months and must be agreed individually with the respective line manager, taking into account operational requirements.
